Biography

From the audition room
to the home studio.

Gabriel Dunn is an actor and voice artist based in New York’s Hudson Valley. A graduate of Keene State College with a B.A. in Acting and Directing, he began pursuing performance in New York City with $300, a futon, and a determination to make it work. A career in IT and telecommunications helped him build a home and family, but storytelling remained a constant.

His stage work ranges from Shakespeare to contemporary comedy and mystery, with roles including Nick Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Banquo and the Porter in Macbeth. In April 2026, he appeared as Richard in The Cottage with the Old Town Hall Theatricals. This past October, he played Colonel James Arbuthnot in Brewster Theater Company’s production of Ken Ludwig’s Murder on the Orient Express. He also performs in the company’s Armchair Actors Series.

From his home studio, Gabriel records character voices, audiobook narration, commercials, and telephone messaging. His game work includes Avarri and the Stoker in Wheels of Lull, a Skyrim quest mod, and brothers Gabriel and Mike McBride in the Fallout 4 mod Outcasts and Remnants. He also voices Greyson, the lead character in the Halo machinima series The Survivors. His training includes voice work with One Destiny Productions, and his performance skills include improvisation, stage combat, and dialects.

Whether finding the comedy in a scene or giving a character a voice, Gabriel brings generosity, wit, and a grounded approach to his work. His aim is simple: to use his voice to help tell your story.
